The government provides no free research for inventors, but allows public research specialists (operating under permits) to use the Patent Library. U.S. law and the Patent Office requires that an inventor submit all patent search results when filing for patent protection. For a one time fee of $400, our clients receive:
1. Complete copies of all U.S. and foreign patents.
2. Attorney's LEGAL OPINION regarding patentability.
3. Information on how to obtain "patent pending" for a
low fee of $65 (depending on income) without using an
attorney.
4. A list of manufacturers who already produce
products similar to your idea and who may be
interested in your patent.
